Returns & refunds for original artworks
You have up to 14 days on receiving an original artwork to apply by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or a refund for an undamaged item.
To be considered for a refund, your order must be returned in the same unused condition and in its original packaging. On inspection of the items, a full refund will be automatically applied to the same method of original payment. The customer holds a responsibility to return the unwanted item to us at their own cost. We advise you pay for item tracking when returning an item. All goods you are returning to us remain the customer’s responsibility until we receive them.
Return & refunds for damaged items
You have up to 48 hours on receiving your goods to apply by email to email@example.com for a refund for a damaged/faulty item.
If you order is damaged during delivery, please contact us with photographic evidence. We will either re-send the same product again, or refund you the full amount. In this case, we will happily also refund the postage cost incurred in posting the item back to us with your product refund.
Return & refunds for prints
Products that are printed or printed to order are bespoke and non returnable unless damaged or faulty. A replacement product will be shipped out to you in the event of receiving a damaged or faulty item.
